Quote Approval / Deposit
- Once we have agreed on a price and timeline, we will need a 50% deposit to schedule work to begin.
- 100% payment up front is welcome and can expedite the site going live upon completion, especially when paying by check.
Design
- In order for us to create a website that will be cohesive with your existing branding efforts, we will need any/all collateral you can provide (logo, color codes, brochures, etc)
- We will provide one or more designs for you to review
- Once we get an approved website design we move to the "development" phase
Development
- We will require 100% of your content to continue
- We will provide you with a temporary site location (URL) to review our progress, make revisions, etc.
- Once we get an approved website developed, we will require the remaining payment due ( +/- any deviations during process)
- Once final payment is received the website will be moved to the permanent location on your hosting servers and your site will be LIVE!
- Any changes past the GO LIVE date are considered maintenance.
