How to declutter Wordpress admin dashboard

1. Navigate to Pages, Posts, or a Custom Post Type 
2. Click on "Screen Options" at the top of the screen
3. Un-check the columns you want to hide (in my example, I left only the Tags and Categories columns showing)
4. Click "Apply"
